Ingredients

  • 4 6oz. pieces of salmon
  • 1 lime
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 4 oz. Goya guava paste
  • 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
  • Sea salt
  • Black pepper
  • Olive oil

Directions

  • Lightly season salmon with juice from one lime, sea salt, black pepper and olive oil
  • Bake salmon for 10–12 minutes at 375 degrees
  • Place a sauce pan on medium low temperature. Add butter, 1 chopped garlic clove and guava. Stir until ingredients melt together. This process will take about 5–8 minutes
  • Remove salmon from oven, drizzle guava garlic sauce and place salmon back into the oven for 5 minutes
  • Remove from oven top with chopped green onions and serve with your favorite sides
